Problem instances for optimal camera placement

The 18 problem instances used in [j4] are now part of the OCP and USCP benchmark (instances AC_01 to AC_08, and AC_10 to AC_19).

All relevant information (data, documentation, history of the results obtained so far and the corresponding references) are provided on the webpage devoted to the OCP and USCP benchmark.
